As 2009 came to a close, I was thinking about our campaign’s future, particularly in relation to taking initiative by the city owners themselves. Through this campaign we have provided a sense of direction and plat form to the willing city owners/volunteers that how they can take care and maintain the city without or little resources. Although our campaign has had difficulty in changing the mindset of citizens, we’ve been fortunate that we can carry on with the essential activities with the help of our young, energetic students who are motivated and determined to make the change in the society.

The aim of this portal will be to keep its viewers widely interested in the community issues and activities to find solutions and solve them, and to promote interaction and collaboration among the public and government.

Through this web portal we would like to provide the city owners and residents of the city to actively contribute to the website by sending their articles, suggestions and feedback which will keep them updated about the community work happening in their town and union council.

I’d like to recognize our website staff as they have greatly added to our campaign’s presence in the society and have an outlet to our members with significant value for their registration. Since the idea of making a web portal came from our dedicated volunteers I am glad and hopeful that we will produce a quality and informative website.

Thank you to this outstanding group of volunteers. You are an inspiring example of what a few good technical communicators can do with a little time and a lot of commitment. Keep up the good work!
